# 共有リンクでアンケートを送信
アンケート作成後は、アンケートを顧客に送信しましょう。最も簡単な方法は、購入後すぐに注文状況ページに表示することです。しかし、配送体験について質問したい場合など、他のタイミングでアンケートを実施したいときはどうでしょうか。この場合、注文状況ページに表示するのではなく、リンク/QRコード機能を使用しましょう。これにより、お好きなタイミングでアンケートを送信できます。
アンケートを送信する前に、リンクが有効になっていることを確認してください。
リンクを共有する
**リンクのコピー**: 生成されたアンケートリンクをコピーします。
**リンクの共有:** リンクをメール、ソーシャルメディア、メッセージングアプリ、その他の通信チャネルで配布します。
QRコードを共有する
QRコード画像の使用: QRコード画像をメール、印刷物、ポスターなどに挿入し、顧客がモバイルデバイスで読み取れるようにします。
QRコードのテスト: QRコードが正常に機能するかテストします。モバイルデバイスで読み取り、アンケートにきちんと誘導されることを確認します。
